MPX5086633: A hug for luck: Little Susan Ellis. 4, of Bovingdon (Herts), brought her champion miniature poodle, Cremola of Swanhill, to a London dog showãand won a prize in a kiddies competition. The prize was given for the way in which the dog was shown. Cremola is seen here standing on his neatly trimmed hind legs while Susan gives him a reassuring hug before the competition starts. MPX5086701: Mr. Tom Shaw has a riding school at Royal Crescent Lane, Scarborough, Yorkshire. The pupils in his early morning class are mostly tiny tots like three-years-old Robert Purse. Mr. Shaw doesn't ride a horse when out with the children as he is afraid a small tap from his large mount would knock the children from their smaller horses. MPX5093650: Scotland Yard today started a massive hunt for Mrs. Muriel McKay wife of Mr. Alex McKay a director of the News of the World. She vanished from her home in Arthur Road, Wimbledon (Monday night). There were signs of a forced entry. Today police combed Wimbledon Common and were led by Chief Supt. William Smith who was in charge of the case, and Det. Insp. Johnny Mynors. Chief Supt. MPX5093671: The two furnace operators, David Norris and Daniel Murray at the Royal Mint, have got at the moment, a very exclusive job, because in two days time the halfcrown coin will no longer be legal tender and David and Daniel pour £2,000 worth of coins, each, into the furnace every hour.
