Taking part in the session was Colin Bell who is seen during the run, sprinting and doing some exercises which were thrown in for light relief. Helping in the City training, Derek Ibbotson and Joe Lancaster. Colin Bell's partner in the kicking exercise which looks like a new dance routine, is Mike Doyle.
