Jurica Liebhardt, 12 year old boy from Zagreb, Yugoslavia, wrote to the boy Scout Headquarters to ask if he could join the Boy Scouts. As there was no Boy Scout Movement in Yugoslavia he was invited to the International Jamboree which opens this week and in Torquay for 3000 Scouts from All countries. Jurica arrived alone at London Airport this evening from Yugoslavia
