MPX5073700: Shape of things to come. Glamour returns with victory in sight. Service girls get a glimpse of their peace-time fashions when Plymouth's big store (Spooner and Co. Ltd.) puts on its first mannequin parade since it was severely damaged in the blitz. Invitations were sent to service girls who saw everythings from bridal gown to night attire. Three beautiful sisters were the star mannequins; they are Miss Kay Wilshaw, aged 17 in bridal gown, beside her are her sisters Mrs. Phyllis Otterwell and Mrs. Eileen Kearney both servicemenês wives.
