MPX5098456: Today was an important day for Brian Boru a 16 month old wolf hound mascot of the Royal Irish Rangers, with appointments at Buckingham Palace, St. James Palace, The Bank of England and the tower of England. But he could hardly believe his eyes when his most recent lot of recruits shambled in. 123 in all and some of them seemed a right old rag bag of long-haired, jean-clad youths. MPX5098633: At a theatre in Duke's Road, Euston, London, W.C.1., called 'The Place', the Hoop in the Lane Theatre Company are putting on a space age version of Cinderalla called the Merry Roosters Panto. Instead of the traditional pumpkin turning into a coach in this panto it's a toy bouncing ball and Prince Charming is an astronaut. He holds a huge ball and invites people to compete for a first prize of a trip to the moon. "Cinders" wins it. In the panto dozens of paper mache heads are used by the actors and actresses and whilst Cinders was awaiting her turn at today's dress rehearsals she sat among the props.
